The GEL-DS TRAINER® SP sneaker combines influences from mid-2000s track & field spikes with ballet flat design features. We focused on the track & field shoe's 3-point fit structure and improved the fit for everyday lifestyles.

The tooling shape's features a sleeker construction that's met with comfortable cushioning properties. Its lightweight design is also paired with a TRUSSTIC® support unit for stability and rearfoot GEL® technology for impact absorption.

• Women's US sizing is typically 1.5 sizes smaller than the listed men's US size.
