New Zealand

• Cost: $10 NZD
• Please allow 1-3 working days (rural areas and orders containing Limited Sneaker Releases may take longer)

Australia

• Cost: $60 NZD
• Please allow 5-10 working days

International

• Please email online@areafiftyone.co.nz with the item and address so we can provide a quotation

Please Note: the above timeframes are estimates provided by our appointed delivery service. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive in this timeframe.

CLICK & COLLECT

If you would like to make a purchase online and pickup in-store, please select the relevant click & collect shipping option under 'local pickup' at checkout.

We will contact you via email to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

If you would like to click & collect your item but it is not in stock at your closest store or the 'local pickup' option is not available, please come in store or call us and we can organise a store transfer - please allow 3-4 business days for transfer.

When your Click & Collect order will be ready for pickup by:

• If your item/s are showing in stock at your desired pickup location, it will be ready for pickup the next business day.
• If your item/s are not showing in stock at your desired pickup location, it will be ready for pickup in 3-5 working days as it needs to be shipped to the store.
• If you have ordered more than 1 item and the items are coming from two different locations, your full order will be ready for pickup in 3-5 working days. 

You can pickup your order during these times:

• We are open 9.30am - 5.30pm weekdays.
• Click & collect orders are not available for pickup on weekends. 

Upon pickup we will need to confirm I.D and payment method used to purchase.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• For domestic orders we use www.pbt.com.
• For international orders we use www.dhl.com.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Any rural delivery may result in extra transit time.
• Sneaker releases may take extra time to process.
• Not all products are available for international shipping.

All orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. If an order is placed over a weekend or public holiday process will begin on the next working day; (please note in some cases this could take up to 48 hours). Standard delivery times do not include time taken for processing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification of dispatch including an online tracking number.

Area 51 store is not responsible for any extra charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receiver’s end. This can vary depending on the country, please contact your local Customs office for any additional information.

Please Note: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond the expected delivery times. Area 51 store is not responsible for any such delays of the goods reaching you in these instances.
