Any full-priced item purchased online is eligible for exchange or refund if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Sale items and Limited Sneaker Release items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Eligble items must be unused, with the original tags and packaging still intact to the product. When returning footwear, please ensure the box is well protected as this is considered part of the product.
